All orders placed on the Herman’s Farm Market website are subject to the below terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Processing Time:
Items may be shipped within 3 days if the item is in stock and placed during business hours. This does not apply to every order placed. We will notify you by email once your order has been shipped, or if any items are back-ordered.
Shipping & Handling Rates:
Shipping and handling rates will be calculated during the checkout process.
Returns & Refunds
If the product is damaged or is not the correct product upon delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of your fresh produce order or within 48 hours of your jarred/packaged goods order at 585-671-1246 or via email here. If your package is damaged in transit, we will either re-ship you a new package at no additional charge (standard ground shipping) or credit your purchase back in full.
Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and the product must be in the original packaging. The item must be in new, and unused condition. Indications of use include but are not limited to cracks, scratches, or dirt.
